Cancellation Policy

We understand that your time is valuable, as is ours. Out of respect for our staff and clients, we ask that you take a moment to review our cancellation/no show policy.

Please understand that this policy is being enacted as a way to protect our time and clients time while remaining fair to all clients.

Effective immediately, all cancelled chemical appointments (any coloring or perming services) will require a 24 hour notice by either calling the salon or notifying your stylist.

All no show appointments (meanings no communication about needing to miss or reschedule) will also follow these guidelines.

The first time a client misses any chemical service (no show or less than 24 hour notice) there will be a reminder and a note put in their file.

All following missed appointments will result in a fee equal to 50% of the missed/cancelled services that will be added to your rescheduled service. Depending on number of cancelled services, clients may be required to pay cancellation fees before being allowed to rebook.

However, we do understand that life is full of crazy twists and turns and you can't predict every time you will need to cancel. Due to this, in cases of true emergencies, the fee can be waived at the discretion of stylist and/or owner if needed.

Futhermore, all appointments that are 10 minutes late to their appointment without any communication will either be required to reschedule or will not receive their full scheduled services that day.
